Touch ’em all Joe!

 

Recently the star asked three of the four party leaders what their favorite baseball moments were. Not surprisingly Prime Minister harper chose Joe Carter’s home run in game six of the 1993 World Series as his top baseball memory. On the other hand it turns out that Michael ignatieff is a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan go figure.

But Harper also enjoys baseball — especially when the Jays are in meaningful games.

His favourite game was one for the ages: “When Joe Carter hit his game-winning home run off Mitch Williams to win the 1993 World Series for the Blue Jays.”
